The Committee on Small Business, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development moves to amend the bill:

            On page one, section two-c, subsection (a), line one, after the word “on” by striking the phrase “July 1, 2015” and inserting the phrase “July 1, 2016”;

On page one, section two-c, subsection (a), subdivision (1), line three, after the word “domestic” by inserting a comma;

            On page one, section two-c, subsection (a), subdivision (2), line five, after the word “domestic” by inserting a comma;

On page one, section two-c, subsection (b), line eleven, after the word “effective” by deleting the phrase “only for two years after the effective date of this section” and inserting the phrase “until and through June 30, 2018.  After June 30, 2018, this section is no longer in force and effect.”
